LADLE AND TUNDISH PREHEAT STATIONS
Saldotecnica Europe new generation ladle preheating systems are designed to minimize the operating costs of the machine by trying to optimize gas consumption. The regenerative system is equipped with a post-combustor system capable of reducing pollutants.
The plant consists of a welded carpentry structure, the movements are performed by gearmotors managed by inverters that regulate the speeds. The system is controlled by a PLC on which the various heating / drying curves can be loaded, depending on the customer's needs. The temperature control is performed through thermocouples and control units.
The systems can be configured according to the different needs of the customer, the plant sizing is developed according to the dimensions of the ladle / tundish and the type of refractory lining.
The system is equipped with inverter controlled fans to manage the correct air / gas mixing. The air / gas piping are made with the use of high thickness pipes.
