DEBURRING MACHINES
The Deburring machines are designed to remove leaks that form on the edge of the profile as a result of the oxy-fuel process.
Saldotecnica Europe designs and builds Deburring systems for Billet Blom and Slabs casting lines.
The machines are designed according to the different needs of the individual customer.
The machines are designed on the basis of the layout of the plant, type of cast steel, cutting sections, casting speed specific and other specific customer requests.
The structures on which the Deburring systems are installed are made with welded steel carpentry having characteristics suitable for operating in harsh environments such as those of the steel mill, they are designed with pneumatic movement systems.
